Colin is a freelance teacher, conductor and singer, working in Oxford and London. He enjoyed work as classroom music teacher for several years before completing a masters in Solo Voice Ensemble Singing at the University of York, and has completed the Advanced conductor training course with Sing for Pleasure. Colin has several years experience directing residential weekends for both youth and adult choirs, ranging from Early Music to Close Harmony. He was Musical Director of renowned jazz a capella group, The Oxford Gargoyles, including a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2022, and now directs Oxford Harmony. During 2022-23 Colin was a tenor lay clerk at Magdalen College, Oxford and a scholar with the Oxford Bach Soloists. He is currently a Voces8 Scholar.

Debbie is Vocal Development Leader for Oxfordshire County Music Service. OCMS' team of experienced teachers deliver singing lessons in Oxfordshire schools, offering the opportunity to work towards Trinity Classical and Jazz exams or Rock & Pop qualifications. They also provide coaching for choral scholarships at university level. They offer tailor-made CPD for choir leaders and school music teachers and hold regular large-scale singing festivals both in Oxford Town Hall and on our own premises in our performance hall.

Janet is a Professional singer and choral and orchestral conductor. Many choral workshops devised over a 25-year period. Has received wide acknowledgment as a chorusmaster with major London choirs as well as Newbury Spring Festival Chorus and Oxford Chorus.
Lin Marsh

Lin Marsh trained at Trinity College of Music and London University, later gaining an MA with Distinction in Performance Arts at Middlesex University. She has worked extensively in music education in all sectors and has worked with organisations such as the London Mozart Players, Birmingham Symphony Hall Education, The Royal Opera House Education department, Glyndebourne Education, Opera North and Youth Music Theatre UK As a voice specialist, Lin works throughout the country running courses for teachers on singing, performance and composing skills, and directs many choral events for all key stages as well as adjudicating festivals. Will Dawes

Will Dawes is Director of Chapel Music of Somerville College, Oxford, Conductor of the Burford Singers, Director of Music at the church of St Mary Magdalen, Oxford, and the former Director of Frideswide Voices (Oxford’s first liturgical choir for 7-14 year-old girls, which became part of the Choral Foundation at Christ Church Cathedral in 2019). He is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music where he studied Choral Conducting and Singing. He is a guest conductor of the BBC Singers, and Eric Whitacre Singers
Will has directed numerous excellent choral societies and chamber choirs across the UK and his work has also taken him to cities across the globe, including Auckland, Ghent, Jerusalem, Mumbai, Portland OR, and Shenzhen. For 16 years, Will was a member of the internationally acclaimed vocal ensemble Stile Antico. The group performs all over the globe, including concerts in the Wigmore Hall and at the BBC Proms, South America, South Korea, as well as performing at the 2018 GRAMMY Ceremony in Madison Square Garden, New York. He is a former Lay Clerk of Christ Church, Oxford, and has sung with The Sixteen, Collegium Vocale Gent, and Polyphony. He was made an Associate of the Royal Academy of Music in March 2018.
